These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the td666 platform, including all sports betting, casino, and slot services. By registering an account or using any feature of td666, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. All players must be 21 years of age or older and must not be residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one td666 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.
Attempting to exploit bonuses, collude with other players, or use automated software to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited on td666.

By accessing td666, creating an Account, or placing any wager or participating in any casino game on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Your continued use of the td666 Platform following the publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. td666 recommends that all Pakistani Players review these Terms & Conditions at least once per quarter, or immediately following any notification of an update sent to your registered email address.
If you are accessing td666 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement and that both you and the person on whose behalf you are acting meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
Age Restriction: td666 strictly prohibits access to or use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions. 21+
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on td666, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
td666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or residency from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by td666 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on td666. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. Where td666 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, all such Accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any withdrawals processed during the period of duplicate Account operation may be reversed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid and accessible email address, a Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name, and your date of birth. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.
td666 conducts KYC verification in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit the following documents at registration or prior to processing any withdrawal:
td666 processes all KYC documents in strict confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your td666 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
td666 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other medium to request your Account password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication purporting to be from td666 that requests this information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].
You agree to notify td666 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. td666 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that we have acted in good faith in processing transactions made using valid credentials prior to receiving notice of compromise.
All financial transactions on td666 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). td666 does not charge additional currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
Deposits are credited to your td666 Account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Processing times vary by payment method but are typically instant for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

You may request closure of your td666 Account at any time by contacting Player Support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method.

This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any td666 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td666 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if td666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
td666's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their td666 Account during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude td666's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it, including disputes regarding its formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which td666 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of any dispute between you and td666 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. td666's internal complaints process is available by contacting Player Support at [email protected] and allows for resolution of most Player concerns within fourteen (14) business days.
td666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — td666 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the Platform and/or by email to registered Players before the amendment takes effect.
Non-material amendments, including typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes, may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
